To better manage our new investment research and analysis process, at Grupo Intercom we have decided to open assesment periods, during which we will receive your projects and entrepreneur profiles through this same web site. 2010 first assesment has been closed today February 1st 2010.

What's next?

If your project is chosen as one of the finalists, we will contact you for an interview. We will observe your entrepreneurial skills and analyze together with you your business idea until we will take our decision.
In case we decide to go further, you could apply for one of the following scenarios:

Partly owned investment: acting only as investors, without being involved in the management and with a contribution of not higher than 20% of the participation.

Developed investment: hiring the entrepreneur and providing everything necessary in terms of technical support, our know-how in the internet channel, HR, sales etc.
In this scenario, the entrepreneur acquires her/his own participation as a personal investment or as part of her/his salary, while Grupo Intercom gets a minimum participation of the 55%.
Normally these types of investments are made from Grupo Intercom's incubator (Barcelona, Madrid or Germany).
