Current Shareholders

Grupo Intercom is a business group based mainly in Barcelona (Spain), which is made up of more than 110 private shareholders who form Intercom Investment SA.

In 2001, the venture capital society, Grupo Intercom Capital SCR, was created. We are not, however, a common VC because we do not have fixed deadlines for investments and exits. Grupo Intercom Capital SCR was formed with seven shareholders, one of them being Intercom Investment SA, which accounted for 40% of the total shares.

Highgrowth Partners

In 2004, Highgrowth Partners, through the capital risk fund FONSINNOCAT, took an 11.11% stake of MailxMail.com. In 2006, the company took a 10% stake of SoloStocks.com.

Bonsai Venture Capital

Bonsai Venture Capital is a venture capital company that focuses on Biotech, Internet, and TIC. Bonsai Venture Capital has shares in Softonic.com and Emagister.com.

Inverpyme

Inverpyme is a venture capital provider for small and medium size companies. Inverpyme finances business investment projects by means of a capital increase, becoming a temporary partner of the company, or by participative loans, whose interests vary according to results. In July 2010, Inverpyme bought shares in Baobab Planet.

Cabiedes & Partners is the fund through which Business Angel, Luis Martin Cabiedes, now invests. Cabiedes has invested in companies such as Privalia, Trovit, Coguan, Comuto, Rockola, Offerum and Bubok, among others. In July 2010, Cabiedes & Partners invested in paraBebes.com, as well as iVoox.com
