Grupo Intercom is an investment Group headquartered in Barcelona. It counts on more than 100 shareholders who throughout the company’s history have been contributing to this adventure. Many of Grupo Intercom’s shareholders have been working with one another before the company came into existence.

Corsabe

The Corporación Sant Bernat investment group -CORSABE- is a private venture capital firm. This investment group has invested 2.4 million Euros overall into Grupo Intercom.

In 2004 Corsabe sold its stake in InfoJobs and in 2007 its stake in Grupo Intercom de Capital SCR S.A followed.

Corsabe currently maintains a 10% stake in Softonic.com.

Highgrowth Partners, through the FONSINNOCAT venture fund, took an 11.11% holding of MailxMail in 2004. In 2006 it additionally took a 10% stake in Solostocks.com
